The influence of the Ocean provides perfect conditions for the production of a fresh, aromatic and unique Sauvignon Blanc.100% of the blend was worked with batonage of the fine lees during 3 months in stainless steel tanks. A light and fresh wine that offers grapefruit, kiwifruit notes, with a fresh citric and herb filled finish. Ideal as an aperitif or to be served with seashells and salads.
