Our Pinot Noir comes from the sub area of Tapihue in the Casablanca Valley, located at only 25 km from the Pacific Ocean. The influence of the Ocean provides perfect conditions for a fresh and aromatic Pinot Noir with great character. Malolactic fermentation was done in stainless steel tanks (60%) and in 1 year old barrels (40%). The wine remained in the barrels for additional 5 months and was then blended with the wine in stainless steel tanks. This wine shows a delicate ruby red color. Its intense and fresh nose reminds of red fruits, some rosehip, enriched with spicy notes and chocolate. On the palate it makes a fresh entry with a very well balanced acidity. The soft and elegant tannins give a long, persistent finish.
