The grapes come from the Central Valley of Chile, well known for the great quality and concentration of its wines. The broad day-night temperature differentials, as well as the long, dry and sunny summers, allow the fruit to ripe slowly and express all its varietal character. Malolactic fermentation occurred naturally at 20ºC. The wine was finned and stabilized and then filtered prior to its bottling. The wine was bottled young to preserve its intense fruitiness. This wine shows a deep red color and aromas of red fruits, plums and cherries. On the palate it is a well balanced wine with soft tannins and a long finish. Enjoy this wine while it is still young and fruity.
